  • Shell & Tube Type Heat Exchanger

    가) Floating Type Heat Exchanger It is classified as Rear End Head Type of Tube Bundle and is suitable for service of large medium and low pressure fluid. It is relatively easy to maintain and there are various types of heat exchangers according to combination of Stationary Head, Shell, and Rear End Head . The thermal expansion of the tube is absorbed by the increase of the floating head.
    It is mainly used for heat exchange with large temperature difference.


  • 나) Fixed Type Heat Exchanger It is suitable for servicing high-pressure fluid with low corrosivity due to the heat exchanger in which the tube sheet is completely fixed to the shell without the floating head part of the tube bundle. It is easy to carry out general maintenance work such as cleaning but cleaning the shell side, This is very difficult.


  • 다) U-Tube Type Heat Exchanger
    Tube Bundle's Rear End part is U-bending, so fluid of Tube side is In and Out Service at Stationary Tube Front End. It is suitable to service medium and high pressure fluid but it is difficult to separate and assemble. Partial replacement of the tube is not possible and due to the bending of the tube bundle rear end, vibration may occur during operation.

  • Air Fan Cooler

    In order to expand the heat transfer area, the heat exchanger is equipped with a fin on the outer surface of the tube. The process fluid flows inside the tube, and the fan is used to forcibly ventilate the outside to cool the specified amount of heat contained in the fluid.


  • Double Pipe Type Heat Exchanger

    In order to expand the heat transfer area, a fin tube equipped with a Horizontal Through Fin outside the tube is installed inside a Shell with a small diameter pipe. As a heat exchanger inside the Fin tube, This is a heat exchanger that cools the heat above the specified value contained in the gaseous fluid.
